Ajahn Khun Pan was often seen wearing such an amulet (Phra Wong Ken, Phra Nang Tra, Phra Jaosua, Phra Yod Khun Pon, Phra Nak Prok,....etc) and the amulet creation teams were used his amulet as a prototype or template for the creation of their own version. We are extremely fortunate to have in our possession one of these exceptionally rare amulets .

Special: Ajahn Khun Pan blessed these series amulet at Wat NangTra in year BE 2548. This amulet is 5.7 cm high, on the front is an image of Tao Jatukam sitting on lotus whilst on the back are images of Tao Ramathep and Phra Rahu. Made from White Ittijae powder - 999 units. Highly collectible, in excellent condition and entirely genuine. Supplied with Oval casing.

Wat NangTra, an ancient temple in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, meaning City of the Sacred Dhamma King. was the origin of the now famous ancient sacred series of amulets known as Phra Nak Prok - Wat NangTra. The other two series were Phra Prok Bodhi - Wat Ta Ruer and Phra YodKhun Pon - Wat Nason. The three series together are known as "Phra Kru Tripakee of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province".

The Princess Supatra created a memorial temple to the lost vessels (Jatukam Ramathep princes take the relics away by sea and head to Sri Lanka. Halfway through the journey, a thunderstorm struck and their ships were sunken. The two princes who survived were washed ashore and built a temple in Southern Thailand, what is now known as Wat Mahathat), and this is the temple that is known today as Wat Nangtra Supatra. The temple is thought to be the origin of many modern day style pims such as Pim Nak Prok, Pim Paltai etc....
