Wat Rakhang is a famous temple for created efficacious Phra Somdej amulets since revered monk Somdet Phra Phutthachan (Toh Phrommarangsi). Wat Rakhang Khositaram, also known as the Temple of Bells, is one of the oldest and most respected Buddhist temples in Bangkok. Located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, directly across from the Grand Palace, the temple dates back to the Ayutthaya period and was later restored as a royal temple. The temple is famous for its historic bells, beautiful Thai architecture, colorful murals, and peaceful riverside setting. ***Meaning of "Kaisorn Paksa Nagathibodi: 

-Kaisorn, the king of lions, is a being of power, fortune, prestige, asceticism, and strength.

-Paksa, the king of birds, is revered for bestowing blessings related to popularity, negotiation, and swift trade.

-Nagathibodi is the lord of all Nagas, the one who bestows vast wealth, both earthly and aquatic treasures.

When these three things come together, they form mythical creatures that watch over and receive commands from heaven to appear in dreams or to be seen by those who do good deeds, in order to receive blessings according to their wishes. When the time comes, if it is a monk who is to be encountered, it will be an enlightened monk, because these enlightened monks are detached, practice good deeds, and do good. Supreme Patriarch of Thailand - Phra Somdet Sangkaraj of Wat Bowon is the head of all Thai monks and temples at home and abroad. Phra Somdet Sangkaraj was born on Friday 3rd of October 1913, in the year of the ox in Ban Nua Muang of Kanchanaburi. He ordained on the 12th of June 1933 in Wat Devasangharam, Kanchanaburi in year 1972 the title "Somdet" (royal one) was bestowed upon him and in 1989 he assumed the office of the Supreme patriarch. He is the first Supreme Patriarch of Thailand who does not come from the rows of the royal family.
