One day, he came to mountain (fengshan), Fujian Province, there is a small lake at the side of the mountain, in the lake resided an evil snail spirit that absorbs the essence evil power of the sun and the moon and transforms into a human form to harm people. At that time, Chen Yuanwai's daughter was also sick because of the evil snail spirit. After Wang Sun 谢府元帅 knew about it, he held a sword and brought a hound, and bravely jumped into the water to assassinate the evil snail spirit and eliminate the harm for the people. Afterwards the villagers in order to commemorate his sacrificed and built a temple "Fengshan Palace" under the Fengshan Mountain. Another incidents, the emperor of the Song Dynasty personally supervised the battle and was unable to defeat the enemy. 谢府元帅 was so powerful that he turned into a second formation of magical soldiers.
