The temple houses of the most revered Luang Phor Buddha Sothorn , the holy Buddha image of Chachoengsao. Wat Sothorn is one of the Thailand's largest temple. According an interesting legend, it was said that Luang Phor Buddha Sothorn floated down the Bang Pakong onto the site of the temple.
