***Chalew Phet 7 Ta - is a symbol or marker made from woven bamboo or rattan strips, forming three or more angular corners. It is generally used symbolically to indicate ownership, mark boundaries, or in various rituals, even as an amulet to ward off evil. The monk explained that in the old days, before the existence of amulets, villagers would weave wood and chant incantations to make bamboo talismans. These talismans would then be placed in medicinal pots, planted in rice fields to welcome the harvest, and used to ward off evil. They were also hung on children to protect them from unseen dangers. As for why it has 7-eyed, it's because the 7-eyed represent the seven factors of enlightenment (Bodhi-Pakkhiya Dhamma), which protect against discomfort. The abbreviation for this is: Sa-Dha-Vi-Pi-Pa-Sa-U.
Effect: Bring more for protection especially against unseen dangers that might arise at night, Protection from Black Magic & from Harm & from Danger, Welcome the Harvest & Good Luck & Wealth, Used to ward off evil, Smooth Sailing in life.
